Just wanted to thank you for such great service once again. We were in Rome three years ago and used your transportation to and from the cruise ship terminal. Of course, when we were taking another trip, there was no question who we should contact. Our driver on this trip was Giancarlo Marino. He was absolutely wonderful. He arrived on time with a sign-in hand both at the airport and the cruise terminal. He was very informative and also took interest in our travels and our life back home. I want to point out how comforting it is to know that your ride will be waiting for you outside the cruise terminal. There is not much access to transportation once you get off the ship and knowing that you have someone picking you up and getting you to your flight on time takes a huge worry off. I thank you once again for your professionalism and reliability. Please pass on a big thank you to Giancarlo for us.
