Extremely comfortable service.

We were gone for 12 days and with 12 people, 8 adults, and 4 children. All I can tell you is that I always expect and plan for a couple of things to go wrong, but I can tell you that with all of your detailed planning and follow-up, everything went perfectly. From the moment we arrived in Rome after 13 hours of flying, we were greeted by Remo with a sign for Carol Johnson. That was extremely comforting. Although we planned for 12 people to be picked up, Remo did not plan for my sister's family and the abundance of luggage. Regardless, we packed everything in and were on the way. Remo himself was delightful and informative as we made our way to the hotel. While en route, Remo offered any help and services while we were in Rome, otherwise he would see us in a couple of days for our trip up to Florence. On Friday morning, Remo's driver showed up exactly on time and made the trip to Florence where he dropped us at the front door of the hotel. The service was flawless and I would recommend Remo to any of my family or friends. Next was the boat/taxi service in Venice. When our train arrived in Venice, we were greeted next to the train by our guide who took us directly to our awaiting taxis. We had 2 boats for 6 and they took us directly to the cruise terminal. Bags were taken directly to the check-in and we proceeded at our leisure. Upon our return from the cruise, our 2 boats were waiting for us again and took us directly to the hotel. Although we had more bags than was planned for, the guide and the boat's captain were very accommodating. Lastly, we were picked up the last day right on time and taken directly to the airport. Bags were taken by porter to the check-in and again, everything went smoothly. As for the hotels, all the hotels were extremely comfortable and the locations could not have been better.
