"My husband and I had the pleasure of using your company's services over the course of the last week. We had Paolo in Florence/Pisa and Fabrizioin Naples.

Unfortunately, we did not have the pleasure of your company in Rome as I was very ill that day and my husband did not want to visit Rome for the first time without me.

At any rate, the reason for this e-mail was simply to tell you how much we THOROUGHLY enjoyed ourselves on these tours and the tour guides you selected for us were wonderful. Paolo was very nice and accomodating, and

Fabrizio was very funny.

Initially I was a little nervous about using a private

tour of which I had no information on. However, the moment Paolo picked us up at the pier, all my concerns flew out the window. When we come back to Italy again (which we will), you will be the first person I

WOW! What a great time we had in Europe and especially with the two tours you set up for us...Maurizio was very good in Pisa and Firenze...it was beautiful and we all enjoyed him; he was helpful, well informed and very polite and a pleasure to be with...and Armando was wonderful, his knowledge of the history of the buildings was so vast that he impressed even me...I teach European History here in Toronto at a school called Dante Alighieri Academy...so until we meet again, thanks for making our trips something we will remember for the rest of our lives...if anyone needs a tour in Italy, we will give them your name and e-mail address for sure....by the way, you looked like you were enjoying yourself the day in Rome when we met... Grazie mille!!!"

The service was first rate. The driver was waiting for us in the designated place for pick up and the ride was pleasant.The driver was helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

Thanks for sharing your home with us. The quarters and the dinner you cooked for us were fabulous. This was our second set of tours with you and our first stay at the B&B and everything was handled professionally and everyone was personable and of course Luca was very, very, very entertaining!!

Hi Danielle...It was so nice of you to write us a note. We had a wonderful time with all of your drivers. We enjoyed Claudio so much...he was super. You were great on Sunday...we had a great day in Rome. And we loved spending some time with Remo on Monday and his great English guide at Pompeii.I am really glad that our driver did not make it to Naples because of traffic because we would not have had the private guide that Remo organized for the other family that we were with in the van. We split the cost of the guide and the 2 families really enjoyed the tour. Then our trip to Positano was great and the restaurant Remos took us to was yummy!!That day was a real highlight.I love the Amalfi Coast.The new driver and her guide Mary were great too. So accommodating and just great.We were very pleased with with our service from you all. It was a pleasure meeting you and your family. We look forward to calling you again if we get back to your area.Ciao Ciao"

thanks for the e-mail. We did make it home OK. However, it has taken us about a week, just to recouperate! Part of that exhaustion is due to the excellent and comprehensive tours we got in Rome and Naples.Thanks again
